Wheat planter

This wheat seeder is specially designed for diverse terrains. It not only operates efficiently in plain areas with flat terrain and connected plots, but also runs stably in hilly areas with moderate slopes and relatively complex plot shapes, thanks to its flexible body design and adaptive adjustment function. For gentle slope plots common in hilly areas, its seeding depth control system can make automatic fine adjustments to avoid uneven seeding depth caused by terrain undulations. For small and scattered fields in hilly regions, the compact body structure facilitates turning and U-turns, reducing operation blind spots and fully meeting the wheat planting needs of different terrains.  

In terms of equipment matching, this seeder is highly compatible with mainstream small four-wheel tractors on the market. It can be connected without complex modifications, greatly reducing farmers' equipment investment costs and adaptation difficulties. The connection method adopts a rear-mounted dual-axis three-point hitch design. Compared with traditional hitch structures, the dual-axis design further improves the stability of the connection between the seeder and the tractor. It can effectively reduce body shaking during operation, and maintain a good balance even when driving on rough roads, avoiding the impact of loose connections on seeding accuracy.  

In terms of lifting control, the seeder is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, which is easy to operate and has a quick response. Farmers can easily control the lifting of the seeder through the control lever on the tractor. When it is necessary to transfer plots or cross ridges, the seeding device can be quickly lifted to avoid collision with ground obstacles. When putting down the seeder during operation, the hydraulic system can maintain a stable downward pressure, ensuring uniform seeding depth. It is especially suitable for soil environments with different hardness, without the need for repeated manual adjustments, reducing operation intensity.  

The seed metering device adopts a ground wheel drive method. This design makes full use of the traveling power of the equipment during operation to achieve precise synchronization between seeding and traveling speed. When the ground wheel rolls forward with the tractor, it drives the seed meter to operate through the transmission mechanism, and the traveling speed and seeding quantity are automatically matched. This effectively avoids missed seeding and repeated seeding caused by unstable power sources, ensuring that the number of seedlings per square meter meets agronomic requirements. At the same time, the ground wheel drive structure is simple and reliable, reducing the maintenance needs of complex components such as motors and gears. In daily use, farmers only need to regularly check the wear of the ground wheels and the lubrication status of the transmission components, making maintenance convenient, reducing farmers' maintenance costs and failure rates, and providing an efficient and worry-free overall user experience.
